Sri Venkateswara Swami at Tirumala — close darshan of the Lord adorned with Kiritam, Namam, diamond ornaments, and fresh flower garlands

Who We Are

Welcome to Annamayya Keerthanalu — one of the largest and oldest Telugu devotional blogs on the internet, lovingly built and maintained since 2009 from Andhra Pradesh, India.

This blog was created with one sacred purpose — to preserve, share, and spread the timeless devotional heritage of Telugu spirituality to devotees across the world. Whether you are in India, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, or anywhere on this earth — this is your home for authentic Telugu devotional content.

About Saint Annamacharya

Saint Annamacharya (1408–1503), lovingly known as Annamayya, was the greatest Telugu poet-saint and an unparalleled devotee of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. He composed over 32,000 Sankirtanas (devotional songs) in praise of Lord Vishnu — making him the Pada Kavita Pitamaha (Grandfather of Telugu Song Poetry) and one of the most significant bhakti saints in all of Indian history.

His Keerthanalu span two profound moods — Shringara (divine love and beauty) and Vairagya (renunciation and detachment) — covering every aspect of the Lord's grace, form, and compassion. His songs were inscribed on copper plates and rediscovered centuries later, restored to the world as a priceless spiritual treasure.

Our Mission

Telugu devotional heritage is one of the richest spiritual traditions in the world. Yet much of it remains inaccessible to younger generations, to the global Telugu diaspora, and to international devotees who feel drawn to this tradition but cannot read Telugu script.

Our mission is simple —

To make every Keerthanam, every Slokam, and every Vrata Vidhi freely accessible to every devotee, in every country, in every language they understand.

This is not just a blog. It is a digital temple of devotion — open 24 hours, free to all, and built entirely out of love for Lord Venkateswara and the legacy of Saint Annamacharya.
