🪷 About Saint Annamacharya

Saint Annamacharya (1408–1503) — also known as Annamayya — was the greatest Telugu poet-saint and the most devoted composer in praise of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. He composed over 32,000 Sankirtanas, earning the title Pada Kavita Pitamaha — the Grandfather of Telugu Song Poetry. His compositions were inscribed on copper plates and rediscovered centuries later as one of India's most precious spiritual treasures.
